Super Kamagra tablets combine sildenafil 100 mg with dapoxetine 60 mg for men who have both ED and premature ejaculation when a prescriber chooses that pair. They are not a stronger Gold tablet. Dapoxetine is an SSRI-class medicine with its own interactions and is a poor fit for some cardiac or psychiatric histories.
