Fenbendazole versus mebendazole, and how we ship it

Related benzimidazoles, different molecules and licences. Why you should not swap 222 mg fenbendazole for pinworm mebendazole, and what to expect at customs.

Fenbendazole and mebendazole look similar on a chemistry diagram and they both starve some worms of glucose. They are not interchangeable milligram-for-milligram. Doses, licences, and which parasites they are meant to treat differ. Substituting a veterinary-style 222 mg tablet for a human pinworm course — or the reverse — without advice is a bad idea.

When mebendazole is the usual human choice

Threadworm (pinworm) in people is commonly treated with licensed mebendazole. Our Mebendazole Tablets category follows the DailyMedStore listing, which is an ivermectin-plus-mebendazole combination rather than a 100 mg pinworm-only pack. A pharmacist in your country can still point you to a local human product. Fenbendazole is the wrong first guess for a schoolyard pinworm outbreak.

Do not copy a calendar from a video

“Three days on, four off” and similar internet cycles are not a diagnosis. Species, weight, pregnancy and other medicines change the risk. Take exactly as a veterinarian or physician specifies for the infection involved, and complete the advised course unless you are told to stop.

Storage and household safety

Keep 222 mg tablets in the original blister or bottle, out of sunlight, and out of reach of children and pets. Accidental dosing of a dog’s leftover protocol in a child is a poison-centre call, not a wait-and-see.

Import

We ship fenbendazole 222 mg only to the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Agricultural and veterinary actives can draw extra questions at the border. Pack documentation helps; it does not override a ban. Open Fenbendazole Tablets for the product page. For a human-licensed combination anthelmintic from the reference catalog, see Mebendazole Tablets.

This page is general information. Use medicines only as a qualified clinician directs, and follow import rules in your country.
