How it works
Sildenafil blocks PDE5 so cGMP lasts longer in penile tissue after arousal, which supports an erection. Every item in the pack uses that same mechanism. Oral jelly is swallowed from a sachet; tablets and chewables are taken by mouth. None of the forms work without sexual stimulation.
Use only one Kamagra product at a time, at the dose your prescriber gives, usually 30–60 minutes before sex. Do not stack jelly with tablets or chewables in the same 24 hours. Follow the leaflet in the pack for the form you take that day.
Do not use any sildenafil product with nitrates or riociguat. Use caution with alpha-blockers, recent heart attack or stroke, unstable angina, and severe liver disease. Stop and get emergency help for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than four hours.
